  • With cold brew coffee, time extracts the flavors of the coffee beans, not heat, as is with hot coffee. When you steep coffee in our cold brew pitcher, it allows the natural flavors to draw out slowly, reducing bitterness and acidity.

  • Our iced coffee maker is designed with a large capacity glass carafe. It can hold up to 34oz (1000ml) of cold brew, which translates to 8 4oz cups of coffee. This makes it incredibly easy to prep and use for the entire week.

  • Begin pouring coarse ground coffee into the filter. Pour water until it reaches a half inch below the max fill line, making sure to wet the coffee grounds evenly. Place lid on to create a tight seal. Refrigerate for 16-24 hours before enjoying.

  • Our cold coffee server is 9" tall, easily fitting onto any refrigerator shelf. Freshly made cold brew will last in the fridge for 7 to 10 days as long as the airtight lid is placed and sealed correctly.

  • The glass carafe and stainless steel housing are dishwasher safe, however, we highly recommend hand washing all components for best results and care. Use dishwashing liquid and warm water to clean. Avoid using harsh brushes and scrubbers.

    I do NOT recommend this cold brew coffee maker bc IT'S DANGEROUS!
    There are MULTIPLE SHARP areas and although it does tell you to be careful of sharp areas, I certainly did NOT expect to SLICE MY THUMB OPEN just trying to get the filter out, which you HAVE TO DO to use it.
    I don't understand why it was made like that. There is NO REASON why the edges couldn't have been smoothed to PREVENT this from happening. It is NOT necessary to have RAZOR SHARP EDGES there to make it work... I'm fact, it is ABSURD to me that they would warm us about "sharp edges" instead of SMOOTHING them. If it was a knife or a blender or a razor, I would understand, but these SHARP EDGES are NOT a necessary part of the cold brew maker or process... it should NOT be sharp ANYWHERE at all.
    I'm VERY disappointed with this cold brew maker and NO... I DO NOT recommend purchasing it.
    I DO recommend to the MANUFACTURER AND SELLER that they SMOOTH ALL SHARP EDGES on this product as they are NOT a necessity in ANY way whatsoever. Why would you think that it's ok to have RAZOR sharp edges where they are NOT necessary? Why would you RISK your customers hurting themselves?
    I see that the price is currently MUCH LESS than it was when I purchased it, which I still DON'T think is an appropriate price for something that SLICES your customers finges open and makes them bleed everywhere!
    Unfortunately, I also purchased one for my daughter for her bday when I purchased mine. I have warned her about it, which has made her NOT want to try it now, and this is a warning to anyone else who purchases it...
    BE VERY CAREFUL of even touching the UNNECESSARILY RAZOR SHARP edges of the filter bc it WILL cut you.
    I had to resort to using the end of a spoon to CAREFULLY pop the filter out bc using your hand IS DANGEROUS.
    I think it was easier for them to add a caution ⚠️ warning to the instruction booklet than it was to try and somehow get each one of them back to production to SMOOTH the UNNECESSARILY DANGEROUSLY sharp edges.
    BE VERY CAREFUL if you decide to purchase this cold brew maker.
    Save your money... or spend it on a SAFER cold brew maker!
