  • Our dimmer plug supports only specific light types: Dimmable LED/CFL - up to 150W, Incandescent 400W. The brightness of non-dimmable lights cannot be adjusted. Not compatible with smart or remotely controlled lights.

  • Only for 2.4GHz WiFi, not 5GHz. Network pairing must be completed within 3 minutes. Make sure the device is installed in a location(within 300 ft without disturb obticle) with good WiFi coverage and a stable network signal.

  • 1. Add the dimmer in the Treatlife app with a recognizable name for Alexa; 2. In the Alexa app, go to "More," then "Skills & Games," search for "Treatlife," and enable it; 3. Enter your Treatlife login in the Alexa app to connect your account.

  • IP rating (Ingress Protection) indicates a device's ability to resist solid and liquid intrusions. IP44 means a device are protected against intrusion from solids as small as dust, and protected from water splash on the device.

  • The dimmable plug measures 4.3 inches in length, 1.7 inches in width, and 2.2 inches in height, with a total cord length of 7.7 inches.
