    I like it. If you have a lawnmower with 2x 48 volt batteries know that one will fit on it, however, it is quite heavy! Make sure to check the model number of your battery to make sure it will fit on it. Otherwise, the protective plastic is a bit narrow. Satisfied with the item!

    Works great. I already had the 24v battery, so this tool only was not problem. Tool only means no battery included. My issue like others had is finding a trimmer replacement, refill heads. Manual refilling the trimmer is not something or easy to do imo.

    Product is ok, but cannot register for warranty, either online or by phone. Online requires receipt, which i do not have. By phone, interminable wait times. No email address...horrible!

    Update: I bought this item in 11/21 and hadn't occasion to use it until now...6/22. It is awful! When the autofeed tangles inside the spool housing - and it will - when you follow the instructions and try to untangle the line, the line unspools and you have to wind all of it back on the spool - perfectly - or it will keep jamming! I have spent a LONG time, repeatedly try to wind the line back onto the spool perfectly...it can't be done. So now I have an unusable piece of plastic. There is a reason these products are (relatively) cheap. They are!

    I hope in writing this that I will save you the money, frustration, and time I have wasted on this item. By all means, avoid this company and its products. Lousy design and poor customer service add up to trouble, take it from me.

    It's a good battery powered trimmer with a powerful motor. The fatal flaw of this trimmer is the duel string head. It jam and won't feed the string at a constant pace and the kicker is I can't find any replacement spools to buy.

    I spent 20 minutes assembling this item, to find out the battery is NOT INCLUDED. Once I got through to their support they confirmed battery is not included, and the battery costs more than the tool. Website description says "Tool Only" which to me does not communicate "BATTERY IS NOT INCLUDED AND COSTS MORE THAN THIS TOOL." Misleading. I would not have bought the item if I had known the actual price. To me it is like giving the price of a car, but then charging extra for the wheels. Granted I am not an experienced tool user.
