If you have a auto choke, realize same as the person in the review adding a screw to have the choke work. I had to do the similar thing. The honda engine runs like brand new, a 2008 year model.
I did find a carb on �鶹�� with the feature for auto choke and no modifications, I screwed up on that one, buy still happy with the results. Also watch a few YouTube videos showing you how to install with ease.

My parents mower was put away with untreated fuel in the carb and wouldn't start this year. I used carb cleaner and got it to the point where it would run for 5 minutes & cut out; bought this carb, it fit almost exactly - the mower has a choke lever that pushed a plastic finger on the original carb, but this carb doesn't have the finger, so I put a half inch screw into a hole on the plastic choke plate and it does the job nicely. The mower now starts & runs great!

I had my mower in 3 times for tune ups to 3 different mechanics. It always ended up not running properly and leaking fuel. I got fed up, bought this carb and replaced it my self. It runs like new now. It was easy, just take pics of your existing carb and WHERE AND HOW THE GASKETS ARE POSITIONED when you take the old one off. Also, take note of your old carb has a manual choke or not. There may or may not be a nub on the top of the carb for you if you need it.

I did not need to make any tuning adjustments either, just installed and started it up.

This product was easy to install after carefully removing my existing carb to make sure I installed new one correctly. There was one gasket that wasn't as large as my existing one, so I used the old one. One of the 3 gaskets may have worked, but I like my larger existing one better. Once, I installed the carb, I added gas to the machine and it fired up after 1 pull of the starter string!!! This carb works great and strongly endorse it. This ~$20 carb saved me alot of time a d money by not having to take it to a shop!! Again, I think this is a great best value product and will buy it again if needed!! I recommend it to anyone needing to replace their carb!!!
