First 鶹 review I’ve made. Terrible product. After going through the trouble of measuring and mounting the brackets, the zip ties were so brittle that they snapped when bending them. That is incredibly dangerous. I tried three and all three broke.

    I bought this set of anchors along with a set of black, metal anchors (from a different company). I wanted these ones for the light colored walls in my house and the black anchors for the dark walls in the house. Both sets came together on the same day and the difference in quality and presentation was night and day.

    The metal anchors came in a nondescript cardboard box with almost no product information other than a tiny sticker with the product description. This set of anchors came in a nicely produced box with lots of pictures and descriptions. The metal anchors came with bigger, 'fatter' threaded screws along with beefier plastic screw anchors. This set came with really tiny screws with way smaller drywall anchors. It seemed dubious so I tested the screws. After putting a set into the wall, I pulled on em and they came right out of the wall. The threads on the little screws they provided weren't wide enough to keep em in the wall.

    I took a pic of the other set of anchors next to the anchor and screws that come with this set. I don't have any pics of the good screws because I ended up using them all for the anchors. For a product that was designed to protect your kids, I was disappointed in how dinky and low quality the components were. I personally wouldn't feel comfortable using these to anchor anything remotely heavy. You get what you pay for, I guess.

    This furniture strapping solution makes a great deal of sense if you have small children who like to climb. Those who live in earthquake country should also consider a solution like this for securing heavy / top heavy furniture which could topple and cause injury.

    We have a newer bookcase that needed to be secured to the wall in our hallway. I had ordered this kit after researching a variety of options. We were able to connect it directly to the wall studs without the straps. We got lucky with the stud placement.

    Because we figured out our situation without needing to use this kit, I'll be returning it. Having seen the quality, I wouldn't hesitate to order this for a different spot if we ended up needing it.
