    Fantastic, and dare I say my favourite coffee for brewing in a french press. The flavours are great, and the packages are small enough that you can run through the coffee fairly quickly.

    I particularly enjoy this coffee when brewed in a french press. It's also fantastic as an americano when brewed with either an aeropress or a simple at home espresso machine. As a latte however, it's a bit lacking and I think there are other better options.

    I highly recommend getting at least one order, especially when on sale.

    Initially, this was a disappointment - "medium" was clearly burnt to a crisp... or at least to a considerably darker roast. Trying to make use of it in something like mocha pot or a common espresso machine, though, did not yield good results

    So, I ended up opting for lower water temperatures, played with ratio and extraction time a bit - and at the end, thanks to Aeropress, was able to produce somewhat acceptable drink. Overall though, not impressed at all. And I apologize if that sounds snobbish, trust me - I am just honestly describing my experience with the product

    I think it is a-ok for the money, as a "standby" coffee - and that's about it

    This is coming from someone who is not a "coffee snob" nor connoisseur of any sort that can pick out flavor profiles but someone who does know what he likes and does really enjoy Ethiopian beans. If this was a pack of 6 like advertised it would be a great deal, but it is only 1 bag and I feel like I was ripped off, I honestly would not buy again and can not really think of anything good about it at this price.

    First, the bag has no date to indicate when the beans were roasted. There is an expiration date and it was less than 90 days away from when I received it. Not fresh. And it tastes like it. Not bad, just kind of stale. Second, if the bag didn't say Ethiopian, I never would have known. I like GOOD Ethiopian from other roasters, and this isn't any more distinctive than Folgers. The only good thing I have to say is the level is roast is perfect for Ethiopian. Just slightly darker than "medium" but not as dark as Vienna roast. Too bad it tastes like old generic coffee.
