Please make sure download and install the app to work with you phone. please make sure the camera is lined up with the hole on scanner so the phone can capture the image. the clarity of the scan depends on the phone you are using and on the quality of the slides you are scanning. please make sure to adjust the focus of the phone by tapping the center of the screen while scanning the image.
The Scanner Does not included a screw for the battery compartment.
The Product is made from Cardboard and is as Sturdy as cardboard can be.
The resolution depends on the phone you are using.
The image quality depends on the Camera that you phone has.
In order to remove the Blurriness please TAP the screen on the phone to auto adjust the focus. The blurriness is due to the phone not focused correctly.
