    Returned the AC unit I purchased this warranty for and then had to go back and forth between insurance company and 鶹 to get warranty refunded. Finally an amazing rep just submitted a claim for the AC unit in the amount that I paid for the warranty. This voided my warranty and forced the system to pay me the money owed to me for my purchase. Wouldn't recommend this product, insurance company is very unorganized and 鶹 is limited in being able to help the customer in regards to the warranty.

    This insurance plan was cancelled because the appliance it was to cover was cancelled. I telephoned Asurion in Canada and they said it was cancelled. They still haven't credited me since May 26th and its June29th today.
