    I have purchased this protection for a telescopic pole saw. The saw is made overseas and hard to get parts if you ever need them.

    I bought the insurance in the same order with the saw .

    At my second use , after a year , the aluminum of the telescopic pole snaped . So now the product is useless.

    I called Assurion. They found the order and policy ,opened a claim and said they will contact me with a service info within 2 business days .

    This was a week ago...

    So they will take your money quickly and never look back.
