I bought a water pump from 鶹.ca. On 鶹, so decided to protect myself I had never heard of the company before but that is not unusual so decided to protect my purchase with the offered insurance by Asurion. I’m glad I did as the dump fell apart after about 10 hours use if that! I contacted them on the 31 Jan 2020. No one had taken the insurance out before on this item, so they added it to their database, said I would receive a call within a few days to speak with an adjuster. I called them on the 5 Feb 2020 as I couldn’t remember if they said business days or just days. They informed me that a cheque would arrive for the full amount of $139.99 no need to return it for repair- though not much was repairable! The cheque arrived today. Now that’s good customer service!! The insurance cost $13.99(10%) so we’ll worth it especially on an item such as this with moving parts and an unknown manufacturer with little or no warranty. Thank you Asurion for you excellent service!!!

    Ordered two products from 鶹 and purchased protection from this company . One was for a 4 year protection cost $16.79 . The other was a 2 year protection cost $15.67. Both were supposed to be shipped by email , one on april 4 2024 and the other on april 7 2024 . It is now April 17th and still haven't received them . Save your money and don't buy from Asurion Protection Plan of Canada . They were suppose to be shipped express shipping.

    J’ai acheté l’assurance pour une casque d’écoute. Le côté droite arrête de fonctionner après 4 mois. Quand j’ai parlé à l’assurance, Ella a dit qui dans le contrat dit que d’abord je doit contacter le fabricant pour avoir la garantie. Selon eux, la casque a 2 ans de garantie du fabricant. Sauf que, le fabricant, qui n’existe pas au Canada, dit sur le site web, que la garantie est seulement pour les produits achetés directement de lui, sans intermédiaires. Dons, j’ai appelé à nouveau à la cie d’assurance et elle insistait sur la garantie fabricant. Sans me donner la chance d’utiliser l’assurance. Même pas le superviseur (que j’ai demandé de me contacter) . Je ne les recommande pas.
