    Claims that it's an email delivery, but I never got an email. I was able to figure out that if I print a gift receipt that it seems to include the information that I think I would need, but It also doesn't list anything about what the item this protection plan is for. This was my first time adding it to one of my orders and given how clunky the experience has been, I will not purchase it again.

    I purchased Asurion Protection for a couple of game controllers that I purchased here on 鶹, wondering what would happen if I needed to make a claim. One of the controllers quit charging. I called in a claim. Had to jump through a few hoops, emailing in proof of purchase and calling a second time as well. I had to box up the defective controller and ship it (at no cost to me). In the end, I was sent a cheque for the amount paid for the controller, not including sales taxes. I used these funds to purchase another controller and also purchased Asurion Protection for it. Including the cost of Asurion Protection, I ended up with 80% of my initial investment which I am content with.

    I have ordered a lot of items lately, all gifts and a couple of them had protection coverage. However when this coverage plan came through it DOES NOT STATE what it's covering so I have no idea which parcel it goes with and won't be able to forward it to the rightful owner after Christmas. I have to go through all my orders - if in fact I can find them all still online - and hopefully figure it out that way but I shouldn't have to do that! A simple heading 'coverage for ____ would solve that problem.

    I am trying to file a warranty claim and I provide my e-mail and they say that they will send me a code to verify my e-mail and I am not getting at all this code. I try to call the on their phone and I keep getting disconnected. It is not at all customer friendly service.

    Fraud is what this is.
    They wait till the manufacturer warranty has expired ask you to ship your product to them claiming they will need 10 days to repair. But they just mark it as completed without giving any info.
    Then refund the product price but not this service and run away either the money.
