I have not had chance to use extended protection program. Product that was covered by protection program had to be returned to 鶹 due quality issues and I asked to cancel protection .Request was approved, thank you. VERY IMPORTANT: YOU HAVE TO FILL UP PAPER WORK AND THEN SEND IT BY MAIL in order to get refund. What a beautiful screw up. Running through hoops.
Received verification right away as far as if it worth it or if it's useless I won't know unless the product fails. So a catch 22 situation would like to be able to report on it but also don't want the hassle of the item failing... Time will tell tho.
Delivery of all the items was prompt and as expected-Necklace, bean bags, hair scrunchies were all as described. The hanging lamp shade was not quite as large as the one that it replaced, but I'm sure that we will get used to it quickly. Satisfied overall.

So I’m buying this because I headlamp that I keep buying keep breaking but I the best one that I like it’s just too bad. They don’t have better quality material.
At least with my headlamp, I highly Recommend this. And if you have any problems, you just talk to 鶹 if there’s any problems, they will rectify it. Now I am a prime member so I don’t know if my service is better or what but just letting you know I’m a prime member.
I bought this insurance to make my life simple for watches that I bought my kids. We've had many issues with the watches breaking down so I thought insurance would provide a quick fix if and when needed. Well, they refund you for the item but not without going through a long process or at least in my case it was. I provided all the information that was needed and all they had to do was send me a shipping label. The label never came through and when they tried to send it to a different email, it was blocked and I had to fill out a claim form. Ughh. Asurion gets random auditing pop ups to make sure things are being filed properly. Which means we, the customers, have to fill out a form they send that requires your signature, along with the receipt of the item and the protection plan receipt (even though you give them all that information). Once that's done they can proceed to send you the label. In my case, this is what happened but I never heard back from them. The second CSR I spoke with said the form was missing something but couldn't tell me what was missing. I was extremely frustrated by this point. They ended up amending my claim to provide me a new claim# in order to be able to send my label. After waiting 2 hours to see if my label came through, yes they advise you to wait 2 hours before checking your email again, there was no label. I call back again and the third CSR continued to process and look through my file to simply follow the same steps previously followed. At this point I just asked for a Supervisor. To my surprise the Supervisor was available. Now at this point I am just so upset. They didn't have my forms, they didn't know what was missing in my form, I still have no shipping label and I have to fill the form out again. Not to mention I have now spent about 24 hours (not all at once) trying to rectify this issue. With the Supervisor, who was very patient, kind and helpful, we manage to figure it out. I had saved the files on my computer (very advisable - one blank form and one with a signature) and sent the forms I had previously filled out and uploaded to their system with their UPLOAD button (not advisable to do in my opinion) to the Supervisor. We then discovered that there was no postal code (the form prevents you from writing it in its entirety, so you have to input it beside the town field), the purchase date was incorrect and my claim number was missing 3 digits. So, though I really didn't want to fill the form again, I did. And she reviewed it. Hoping things will work out now.
MAIN POINTS: -Can be a long process if CSR don't follow protocols properly (3 CSR's made mistakes in my case) -They don't get back to you if something is missing (the Supervisor will research why so many things failed in my case as she said this usually doesn't happen). -Be prepared to fill out a form they send and have a copy of your receipts (the item and the plan protection - screen shot and place in a folder) for potential "random" audits
-Though I was extremely frustrated with so much time spent on the phone, filling out form, checking emails and writing this review (to the point that this was absolutely not worth my time for 23.99), ALL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS AND SUPERVISORS I spoke to ARE EXTREMEMLY PATIENT, UPHOLD INTEGRITY, TREAT YOU WITH RESPECT AND ARE SUPER CALM DOING THEIR BEST TO HELP. I mean, I was venting and expressing a lot of frustration (no swearing at all, just very upset) and never once did they ever hang up on me, tell me off or even hear a hint of frustration coming from them. They were impeccable!!!! That alone is 5 stars. BUT.....
3 stars for the hassle and time spent trying to get my shipping label via email 5 stars for AWESOME customer service.
