    I'm hugely disappointed with the incompetent customer service demonstrated by this outfit. I've already had to call once to follow up on a claim, and now, still waiting for product return details almost two weeks later, will have to call again. It's frustrating and annoying having to spend time dealing with such bungling ineptitude.

    A week later, and now about to make my fourth call to try to get my claim processed. Of course, the rep I spoke to last week was "very sorry" that my claim hasn't been resolved and promised that a supervisor would look into it and call me back in two days. Still waiting... unbelievable incompetence!

    Update... After another call, a supervisor finally got back to me and explained that they had messed up on their end. Bottom line, however, is that I'm STILL waiting for this claim to be processed, now over two months later. If I could rate them 0/5, I would. Going forward, I would NEVER use Asurion again: buying the protection plan for a $27 sports watch has cost me WAY more than $27 in time and frustration!!!

    Well, exactly THREE MONTHS after I first made my claim, I finally received my cheque yesterday. Moral of the story: use this warranty service only if the product purchased is expensive and be prepared to be deal with huge incompetence if you need to make a claim 😟🤬🤔
