    I just called to set up a claim on a tool that came with a three year manufacturer warranty so I thought I'd add another two years to be safe...WRONG!!!!

    I was informed by the gentleman who I spoke with that the Assurion coverage begins after 1 year of manufacturer warranty so I was essentially covered double for two years and when the tool broke after three I was told all coverage had expired...what a rip!!!

    I am absolutely done with this company and would strongly recommend to anyone considering buying additional coverage from them to CALL and CONFIRM what is covered and how long it's covered for and get it in WRITING.

    TOTAL MONEY GRAB BS and like the Who sings... I won't get fooled again!!! No, No, No....

    This protection plan is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve been waiting almost 2 months to receive warranty on a damaged item and spoke to about 15 people and they finally sent me a return label that is good for a 1lb item when the item I purchased was delivered in 2 different 70lb boxes. I am now having to go through all the process again and still have not recieved any warranty
