How to Choose from Infrared Headphone System and 2.4GHz Headphone System？

This model is a 2.4GHz wireless TV headset with a spare battery, with which you can move around freely & listen in another room (transmitting range is up to 100 feet in line-of-sight open air).

Plug

Plug the transmitter into a power source and then connect it to your TV’s audio output port.

Power

Power on the transmitter and the headphones. No manual pairing required.

Select

Select “PCM” on your TV digital output audio format settings. (only required for digital optical connection)

Play

Adjust the headphone at your own volume, relax, and enjoy!

Left-Right Balance Adjustment

Balance control allows you to individually customize volume for left and right ears, best suited for users who may have unique hearing conditions.

Ambient Sound

The “MIC” mode allows ambient sound to be amplified and heard without having to take off the headphones, helping you stay in touch with your surroundings.

Yes, these wireless TV headphones work with LG, Samsung, SONY, VIZIO, Panasonic, TCL, Roku, Hisense, Sharp, Toshiba, Sanyo and nearly ALL TVs on the market. Pls check if there is Digital Optical Audio Out, RCA or a headphone out port on your TV.
When using these TV headphones, will it turn off the sound coming from the TV speakers?

It actually depends on your TV's settings. For most smart TV models, they have option to play audio from both the TV's internal speakers and an external audio device simultaneously.
Why there is no sound under optical connection?

What you are experiencing is an incorrect audio format in Netflix and/or your TV. Pls check your Netflix app audio options. If surround sound (5.1) is selected, try changing it to Stereo (PCM). Additionally, please update TV's audio settings to PCM.

I can listen to a TV program clearly at a comfortable volume that I can hear and understand what is being said. Other members of the household can adjust the TV to whatever volume they want to listen to which is lower than I needed to hear. Hook up was easy, although at first I had a issue with streaming programs like Netflex and Youtube as the sound for these was just white noise or static. I contacted Simolio Direct and they provided instruction on setting up the device for streaming channels such as Netflex or Youtube. The problem was resolved and the products now works fine on both the TV provider channels plus streaming channels

I was a tad apprehensive buying this dual headset, for myself and for my wife.
After using them for a week, we are both very impressed with the sound, the ease of use and of all the accessories that are included.
This is a very well thought out set.

We can now hear speech with pure crystal clear clarity, but for me, best of all, is the subleties like birds singing in in the background or a stream gurgling that do enhance TV watching, are now there. These sounds normally would certainly go unheard by me.

The docking station and headphones are neat and very easy to set up, there is a volume control to hand on the headset along with balance for your left or right ear and even a little Mic button on the back to enable normal conversation if required.
Treble and Bass are available on the docking station, plus stereo or mono. A spare charged battery is held in the docking station for the headphones. Placing the headphones in the cradle after use, charges both pair simultaneously.

For us the included items provided were all we required.
Plug in the power, attach the digital cable or RCA jack directly to the source, switch on and enjoy.

The only criticism I would mention is that after a couple of hours of TV listening my ears do feel just a little uncomfortable but I can happily live with this because of the sound quality.... Brilliant.
I will try the different ear caps that are provided and adjustments to the bendable arms to achieve a little more comfort. (It could just be my ears getting used to them.)

In all these headphone are highly recommended to anyone who struggles with hearing TV sound, they won't do your street cred any good, but who cares?
Importantly both of us are now very happy with our purchase, and we are enjoying our television again. :)
