I have not been able to use the product at all as it jammed on me in the first 10 minutes of playing with it to see how it worked. I will be calling Kreg as soon as I get a working phone. Overall it seems like a great product and the auto adjust worked well for 10 minutes. I have a project coming up to use it on and can't wait till I get a replacement. Next year in 2022 when wood is available and prices come down I will be building a new kitchen and will really need this. Im sure it was just a fluke as my Kreg Jig 520 works great and has seen a little use already. Wish I had got one long ago.

I called Kreg and talked to a gentleman within 1 minute of calling. He was extremely helpful and knew how to resolve my issue. That took just one more minute. The package comes with an 800 number for help. I would highly recommend Kreg to everyone. Product is sturdy and tech support is FAST. I have a project to start using it in two days and I am very much looking forward to that
