It takes some time to get this set up right, but . . that's not a fault of the product. That's just the nature of these types of monitor stands in general.
They're awkward, kind of heavy, and if you're like me, and your desk is against a wall, you're maybe on a stool and standing in an awkward position but . . . it's worth the effort to get your monitors up off your desk and positioned properly.
PRO TIP - have a level handy, and use it. And I've never seen this mentioned anywhere else but, use the level on your monitors themselves VERTICALLY.
If you're like me and have a bit of OCD when it comes to getting your monitors to but up against each other, bezel to bezel . . the level is the only way to go. Put your level vertically on the face of the monitor itself (please don't scratch your monitor) and then make sure that front face of each monitor is perfectly perpendicular to your desk. Once that's done, lock that in. From then on, positioning your monitors in any other dimension will be a snap, and those bezels will line up perfectly!!

Cheap-ish
Pretty sturdy
Easy to assemble - I've never done any of this before, and I was able to figure it out. Took WAY longer than 10 minutes, but I did it!
More desk space
Cons
Very difficult to adjust
Doesn't keep adjustments
This is an OK dual monitor stand, and my first one. It was easy enough to assemble and attach the monitors to. It is very difficult to adjust, it is not as easy as pulling forward, pushing back, moving side-to-side. There is a little QR code sticker on the arm, definitely watch the video, that answered my question. You have to hold the arm horizontal while loosening the tension. Even after I figured that out, they are still pretty hard to adjust. If I was purchasing for home, I'd return and invest in something better. But since this is for work, it will do.
- Reviewed in Canada on July 20, 2019Verified PurchaseOrdered this for the gas pistons, and it was cheaper than I could get locally.
However, I ordered it in lieu of a new desk build, so I haven't had a chance to mount my monitors and the arms to anything, yet.
Although, the arms are sturdy, and will counter balance quite well. The pistons were quite tight and I didn't think I was releasing any tension for a while, but when I pressed on it, it was definitely softer than from factory. I would recommend loosening the tension, and quite a bit. On that note, be sure to have the arm compressed with some body weight before you cut the big handcuff style zip tie. I almost had a VESA mount where my teeth belong. These are counterbalance pistons, so without weight it's gonna snap open with some authority.
With all that being said, I learned it has cable hideaways, and an option to surface mount (with bolts and a plate), as well as a two part C clamp style option. So I got more than I thought I was, and cheaper too.
Can't wait to get my monitors on this fella, and clear up some desk space. But until I get a desk built, I'm writing this review based on what I know so far just from taking it out of package so 鶹 can stop bothering me with emails.
- Reviewed in Canada on September 25, 2020Verified PurchaseRecently picked up this mount for a 27" Acer Predator monitor and another 24" Predator, this series of monitor is actually quite bulky due it them having a fair amount of internals. I was a little worried after purchasing because I had read of others having issues with the stand not being able to keep the weight of 27" monitors stable and sagging, but this is not the case, arms have held up perfectly and I haven't even had to tighten the pressure at all, which I could still do more.
Also the arms actually have more range of motion than I was expecting. Being at the very top end of the size allotments (27") I still have room to have the monitors side by side slightly angled in whatever configuration choose.
Construction feels solid and assemble for the clamp layout was simple. At the price point this is a great stand and mount.
- Reviewed in Canada on September 24, 2024Verified PurchaseI work hybrid from home and in-office. Our company has a Teknion contract and all furniture like chairs, desks and monitor stands/arms are sourced from them, and are very high quality. Using their monitor arms and seeing the benefits was good comparison. Teknion products’ cost is also high, but deservedly so.
Due to neck strain and posture issues working from home, just relying on my dual monitor setup still resting on their table-top stands, it was time to finally get my own adjustable monitor arms.
This set from Huano, if obtained on sale or even during a flash sale, are acceptable. The VESA mount adapters secured successfully to my Dell work monitors. However, as pictured, my monitor has a slight curvature at the back and the mount provision is recessed slightly, so this type monitor of design could cause fitment issues for some, the recessed mount provisions are too deep.
The arms are mostly good, instructions were mostly clear, adjustments were okay. One note on adjusting the vertical tension - be prepared to make many turns with the included allen key so the monitor doesn’t keep rising up. A few turns won’t relieve the tension. I had to keep turning my adjusters until they were fully locked and could no longer adjust, and monitors stay in-place at height now.
The biggest drawback is the braket on the arm that hooks intoto the VESA mount bracket, securing the whole monitor to the arm - there is a small gap between the plates/brackets, causing a slight play when pivoting the monitor or moving it. It’s not too bad, but is there. Also, as mentioned with my recessed VESA provision monitor design, the top mounting thumb screw has very little clearance from the convex housing. See pictures.
Overall, for the price, these will do the job.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great product, don't listen to some of the reviews on here.
Verified PurchaseI purchased these to mount my 23" BenQ monitors in my home office. I've had my fair share of cheaply-made over-priced mounting arms before so I was skeptical about the price, but I ended up going with these anyway.
They work extremely well. The plastic isn't luxury plastic, sure, but it's not cheap by any stretch of the imagination. Besides, what do you expect for 55 dollars? This is literally more than half the price of comparable products. Additionally, last I checked, no one is planning on beating these things up. You attach it to your desk, mount the screens, and then they're no longer going anywhere. Such a silly thing to complain about.
Next, a lot of reviews seems to dislike the cord organization channels. They're perfectly fine. They're snug, but you want them to be snug. You set the cords where they need to go, give yourself enough slack to move around, and then you're set. I had zero issues getting them organized. You can easily fit 4 different cables in each channel if you do two coming in from each entry point. Again, a very silly thing to complain about.
Another problem people seem to have is the actual installation. If you're able to read at a 3rd grade level then the instructions are perfectly clear. It's like a 3 step process and it's put together enough out of the box that 99% of semi-competent toddlers could figure it out without the instructions. I can assure you that any review on this page complaining about the instructions or installation process are as incompetent as they come. Installation took 15 minutes from start to finish.
Lastly, I see some complaining about not being able to push the monitors perfectly flush against the wall when the desk is against it. That is by far the most ridiculous thing to complain about. Seriously, desk mounts are inherently unable to extend beyond a physical object. How anyone could expect otherwise is mind boggling. In addition to that, the monitors do NOT have to be "right in front of your face." They still have plenty of room. Unless you have reason to believe that these mounts will defy the laws of physics, you won't have any issues either.
I love these mounts. The gas pistons are great. Once you get them tuned the right way, they're buttery smooth. I can't believe such a high-quality product is available for such a cheap price. If you're like me and refrain from making these purchases because you insist on getting the right ones, just pull the trigger. They're fantastic. I'll be purchasing another for my desk at work because I love them that much.
(P.S. - I love that the arms are independent of each other. You can have one facing the other direction to show someone something without losing use of the other. Love, love, love, love them!)

5.0 out of 5 stars Basically all I could ask for at this price range
Verified PurchaseI saw a lot of negative reviews and was very nervous about grabbing this. Firstly, the instructions were very straightforward...I don't know if anyone's ever assembled anything without words before, but if you can follow very straightforward pictures labeled with the correct screws (A, B, C, etc), you will be fine. Seems like many reviewers do not fall into this category.
Secondly, I was also worried about not being able to put my desk up against the wall. Before, it was flush against the wall, but now, there's about a 3in space between the wall and my desk. Not a problem in my case.
I also saw someone complaining about the height. I don't know how tall you beanstalks are, but the arms can go fairly high -- even higher than the adjustable stand on my AOC 24G2. You just have to adjust the tension in the arm. It tells you in the instructions how to raise and lower the arm.
I also see people complaining about the arm not being able to hold up their monitors. I had an issue where my monitor was dipping, but I fixed that by tightening the left screw in the adjustment swivel closest to the monitor. As a side note, I think some folks might be confusing the weight of their monitor. Retailers often put the weight of the whole item, which includes the packaging, stand, etc. Your 24 or 27in monitor is likely not 10lb, let alone 14lb, if you're unsure about whether these arms can hold your monitor. The people having trouble with the arm holding up their monitor are probably not tightening screws well enough.
It's sturdy, easy to assemble (I assembled it with no help), and features all the advertised range of motion. The only thing I dislike is that you have to unscrew and screw in the cable management compartments. I ended up not using them because of that. The only real issue I ran into while assembling was that the thumb screw to attach the monitor to the arm was too thick due to the depression in the back of my monitor, so I ended up using the other screws included (I don't think they were intended for that). Everything is still working and I can still easily disassemble it. Otherwise, it was basically all I could ask for in a monitor arm at this price range.

4.0 out of 5 stars Pretty good, annoying cable management
Verified PurchaseI currently have a 27 and 28 inch monitor on this thing, and it holds up alright. I can tell that the 28 is on the very edge of stability because it's a little finicky to adjust just right. It does't seem to drift very much if at all once set.
Setup is easy enough. I had a problem with the VESA mount plate on one of my monitors: the mounting area on the monitor is recessed a little and I had to loosen the plate screws to get it on and off the arm, but that's a problem with the monitor.
My desk was just the right thickness where I had to use the clamp extension thing plus a block of plastic to make it clamp down firmly (36mm / 1.42"). A little unfortunate but easily resolved.
I do however HATE the cable management channels. They screw into place, it is a little awkward to reach, you need a short phillips screwdriver for desk clearance, and they simply don't fit many cables. If you have a monitor with a thick DP cable, an AC power cable, AND a USB cable? Have fun. Extremely frustrating to deal with. You might as well not even bother with the channels and use zip ties.

5.0 out of 5 stars Works exactly as expected. Consider your desk layout carefully
Verified PurchaseThe product works exactly as expected and is as advertised. No complaints!
However, you should consider your desk's layout. If there’s a wall behind it, this might not be the best solution. Depending on the size of your monitors and the desired layout, you may need to bend the middle joint backward. If there’s a wall flush with your desk, the joint will hit the wall and limit the intended movement, so you may need to choose a different arrangement.
- Patrizio c.Reviewed in the United States on February 22, 2022
5.0 out of 5 stars It was as expected.
Verified PurchaseFirst set I bought one arm wasn't as strong, so I did an exchange and the 2nd one was fine. the monitors hold up well (I am using two 27 inch monitors). Bought this when price dropped to $22 so it was a steal. some things to be aware of though.. if your desk is against the wall and you don't plan to drill it into your desk, you may not like how close your monitors will be to your face bc the best angle has the arms bend back like in one of these other review photos. Besides that hiccup these really are flexible. (I won't be moving them around much) if I had to pick out one other thing I'd say that I wish I was able to move the monitors up higher. Bottom of my monitor is about 7 inches off table top and doesn't go higher.
