    I purchase a bearing that went out and then realized the shaft was bent on my mower. So I went online to purchase a shaft only to find I could buy this entire unit shaft housing and both bearings for less then I had paid for the bearing. I took the bearing back and ordered this unit. It was easy to install and worked like a charm.

    The only think I did notice different is that this unit has a grease zerk on it so it will need to be greased. The previous unit had sealed bearings and did not need greasing. Since the bearings in the previous unit went bad, I think this is a good thing, that I can grease this unit.
