- Reviewed in Canada on May 31, 2025Verified PurchaseI love it! Litterally do it everyday
- Reviewed in Canada on January 30, 2024Verified PurchaseI needed a uno clone and a new breadboard. This kit includes that plus a bunch of other items for nearly the same price.
The kit includes a download link for 28 lessons. The lessons look okay but I didn't explore them too deeply.
It doesn't matter since the included components are very common and the internet is full of examples of how to use them with arduino. Support gets 3 stars since I didn't need help, how would I know if support is good ?
tldr; I'm pleased with this kit
- Reviewed in Canada on June 26, 2023Verified PurchaseThe only thing that I wish it had was the 9 volt power supply wire.
I did not rate tech support because I did not need it.
- Reviewed in Canada on January 26, 2023Verified PurchaseI am very happy with this purchase, and also breadboarded my first circuit with it today. I'd say that for Highschool Students etc., this is potentially a good learning tool. And for adults who are young at heart - and who know something about circuits - this is also a good toy.
It would take me an extremely long time to complete all the projects implied by the kit, but the product, which I have no experience with, stood up to my tests so far.

- Reviewed in Canada on February 8, 2022Verified PurchaseI like UNO And been wanting to try. When I have this and started learning thru the tutorial online , I find it easy to follow instruction. Now the next thing is knowing the language C which very vital for better understanding programming.

5.0 out of 5 stars Would buy again and again
Verified PurchaseI am happy enough with these kits that this was my 3rd time purchasing. Kids have repaired and modified some of their devices. The kits have a great assortment of parts and were worth the price just for the game controllers and a major appliance in our house we were able to repair. All parts we've used so far have worked as they should and the kits have inspired some pretty creative and useful mods. With a few add in parts and free info online we were able to design an automated hub for my greenhouse that would cost me several hundred dollars.

4.0 out of 5 stars Great starter kit, decent examples.
Verified PurchaseThis kit is a great starter kit for someone just learning Arduino, but you'll likely want to order lots of separate components to build your own cool projects as soon as you make it through these examples.
I didn't get any CD with this package, but there was a business card with a website where I found all the examples and some data sheets. The data sheets contained some items which weren't in the package and a few data sheets were missing for some of the parts, but overall I got more data than i really needed to make it work. The examples were easy enough to read through, but I also have years of coding and basic circuit-building experience, so I basically knew how everything worked already and the examples were simple enough for me to follow. Total beginners may need to learn more about how electronic components work, etc before starting.
The breadboard is decent enough for several projects and I was able to work through all the examples easily enough once I downloaded them from the website. The jumpers have been more than sufficient, but I'll eventually be buying more for the other projects I have in mind. All of the parts work fine with good enough quality to do what they were designed to do, and I had a lot of fun working through the examples on a day off.
The arduino itself seems solid and well-built as well, and I have no complaints about it. It did everything I needed and still works great for whatever I want to do in the future. I plan on buying several other versions of similar arduino-ish things for future projects, so it will be one of many lying around.
