    I liked how this formula is one of the more gentle and sustained formulas on the market. It doesn't have an immense amount of caffeine, goes easy on your stomach (had this on empty stomach as well despite recommendations from past thermogenics that it should be taken with food; kinda hard on a calorie deficit diet, especially in the morning). Felt an increased internal temperature, and would sweat a lot more during workouts when I take the second dose before my workout in the afternoon. Went through two bottles without a glitch, and definitely noticed a reduced waistline (went from 108kg down to 91kg). Caution though, as with any other caffeinated product, don't take too close to bedtime (depends on your caffeine sensitivity)!

    I'm loving it so far. I have to take it at 6am otherwise I can't sleep at night. Keep in mind I don't drink caffiene daily, hardly ever really. To my surprise the ingredients now were missing the ginger root extract and less caffeine per serving, and they kept the price the same.
    This is not a new formula its the same product with less ingredients and same amount of money, will be definitely looking for another alternative as I feel I have been scammed into buying the same product but its really not.
