This is my new favourite thing. I have endometriosis, which comes with a wide variety of aches and pains, cramps, etc. This obviously doesn’t cure the cramps, but does feel really good and provides some relief. It also really helps with my associated back pain and my husband has used it after a long shift at a labour job and found relief.
It’s got some kick! I’ve gotten nowhere near max strength, not even to medium, and it feels strong. I like that it has so many different settings, and the timer, so you can just set it to 30 minutes and relax.
The battery also lasts a long time. It’s silent, small, and discreet, so I can use it at work during a flare without anyone noticing.
One note is that the sticky pads do lose stickiness after a maybe 5-ish uses, but it’s not a dealbreaker for me, and I’ll happily buy more to get the relief.
