    I usually use Epson Semi Gloss 4x6. I tried this paper with interesting results. The colours print very similar, the contrast is similar but details are lost in the shadows. The texture is one of 2 big differences. Epson has a very smooth finish and look and this certainly is more textured which gives a bit more glare at various viewing angles. Secondly the paper is very thin to almost feeling flimsy. That being said, I think it was better than what I expected and certainly could be used for some photo projects. I had no issues with the paper feeding in the rear feed of my Epson 8550 printer. I haven't tried it in the regular feed. There aren't many options for semi-gloss or Luster paper, so this can work if you're not a glossy fan and don't want to pay twice the price for Epson paper.

    I've only used Epson, Canon, and HP photo paper in the past. I originally set out to purchase matte photo paper, but found none to my liking. When Koala Photo paper popped up as a recommended brand, I was somewhat hesitant. Boy, did I have nothing to worry about. From right out of the box, I could feel the rich and elegant texture of the paper. The moment of truth came when I printed my first photo. The photo colors came out vibrant. The paper did not curl. The ink did not smudge or bleed. Plus the print was practically dry by the end of the print cycle. The paper did not pick up any fingerprints. The paper was just the right amount of thickness for the luster finish. Your results may differ, but the paper was compatible with my Canon MegaTank G3270 printer. I even ran the photo under running water. It did not smudge one bit at all. Functionality wise, this is the best photo finish. I love that you get 100 sheets for such a low price!
