These were super easy to install and they successfully keep my toddler out of my tv stand and basement. He's learning to turn door knobs, so seeing as I was buying these initially for my TV stand, I decided to also add one to the basement door. I can breathe a sigh of relief if I'm out of the living room knowing that he can't get into things he's not supposed to and won't injure himself on the basement stairs. I was able to place it high enough on the door so he can't reach it, but when my two older children visit it's no problem for them to access the basement.

Easy to install, easy to use, and the adhesive tape is amazing, however if you pull to hard the band will just slip out of the lock. Don't think a toddler would be able to pull it out but at 3 am and an adult has the munchies, don't worry. You'll be able to get into the fridge without hassle 🤣

Works very well, and they are easy enough to unclip. After a couple months, a few of the mounting points are coming loose, so I occasionally need to press them down again to get them really attached. This doesn't work great for cabinets in the middle of a row of cabinets. For some, I was able to wrap it up from underneath, but many don't have a flat piece of wood there, so I couldn't do it.
