I was skeptical about this ceramic logs but went ahead and ordered it. It does feel very light when you lift it and I expected it to be heavy, but that doesn't make any difference when you actually use it. I was also worried about the smell like others complained, fortunately mine worked well and we didn't get any bad smell.

Good thing about this Ceramic logs is that it comes in different shape and it is easy to arrange however you want. Overall I liked this log and definitely recommend to others.
