FUNCTION:

The 3392519 dryer thermal fuse is used as a safety mechanism in the dryer. This replacement part has two 3/16 inch terminals and is a disposable fuse. When the terminals are no longer continuous, they must be replaced.
It is connected to the blower wheel cover. When problems such as overheating or blocked ventilation occur in the dryer, the fuse will melt and cause a malfunction, stopping the power supply to the motor circuit, resulting in your dryer being unable to start or heat up properly.
It is recommended to check during maintenance to ensure that all ventilation openings are unobstructed and the air flow is normal.

FIXES THE FOLLOWING SYMPTOMS:

Too hot. / No heat or insufficient heat. / Won't Start/Shut off / Takes too long to dry. / Shuts off too soon.
The touchpad is not responding. / The timer will not advance. / Takes too long to dry. / Will not roll over.
