    I was very disappointed in the quality of the light and found I had the same issues as others with the light not working. The rest of the product is great though. Upon further inspection I found that the wire under the batteries was covered in corrosion. A small screwdriver and an alcohol wipe later and it is finally working as it should. I think Klein should be inspecting these lights better while packaging or maybe separate the batteries from the light during packaging to keep them from corroding during storage. Either way, I fixed the light so I can do the job without issue now. If you buy this product, inspect the light before you need it to make sure you can clean the contacts if needed.
