    Don't buy a plan as it seems impossible to cancel it if you return the product. We returned the product with no problem but when I went to cancel the protection plan it was treated as a product and they wanted it returned. I guess I should have cancelled the plan at the same time as the product - it certainly isn't worth the cost of a drive into the return office or the postage for that matter

    I had to file a claim because the headset with the dial pad that I purchased broke. The chat representative was very friendly and accommodating and went out of her way to ensure that I was satisfied and had all the informaiton I needed prior to hanging up. The only drawback is that when you file a claim, once you complete the online form, your prompted to chat with a representative to complete the process. However, if it's not during working hours, you cannot submit the claim because chat representatives aren't available. When you return to complete the claim during working hours you have to start the process all over again and recomple the form because it doesn't save. There was about a 2-3 wait after I filed my claim before I received a response. The purchase price of this protection plan was very inexpensive, so it was definitely worth cost and the wait.
