I ordered a Senville MiniSplit Tri Zone as my house was being built. Due to housing material problems I am not able to install the Tri Zone until 7 months later and I find out that I only need two 18,000 BTU heads and not three 12,000 BTU heads.
Senville customer care has a 1 month return policy. However they allowed me to exchange the three 12,000 BTU Heads for two 18,000 BTU heads and returned the cost difference.
I am just waiting for the 3 units to be picked up now and the 2 units to be shipped to me.
I will add to this later however TOP NOTCH customer service so far.
