  • Work with Honeywell's new style valves only (with removable power heads): V8043A, V8043E, V8043G, V8043F.
  • Voltage: 24 VAC | Frequency: 50/60 Hz. | End Switch: 24V, 2A
  • The lever is set in Manual Open (MAN. OPEN) position in factory. Please do not apply power or move the lever from its original position until the powerhead is installed on the valve. As it will cause gear skidding and bring damage to the unit.
  • Installation: 18" Lead Wires. Can be used to replace the powerhead of Honeywell V8043A (2 wires, without end switch), V8043E, V8043G (4 wires, with end switch, exact match) and V8043F (terminal Screw).

Pros The motor works for most of Honeywell zone valves, including V8043 and V8044 series No need to open actuators to replace motors. No matching issue. No matching issue.

Product description

Replacement for Honeywell powerheads 40003916-026, 40003916-021 and 40003916-012, used in Honeywell V8043E and V8043A and V8043G 2-way zone valves with end switch. It can also be used to replace Honeywell's V8043A (2-way valve without end switch) as well by simply not connecting the (red) switch wires. This powerhead is for use with Honeywell's new style valve bodies (series 6, removable head) only, and it includes the motor, housing, and 2 mounting screws. The AD1S is 100% compatible to Honeywell part # 4000-3916-026 which is replacement powerhead for Honeywell's V8043E, or Honeywell part # 4000-3916-012 which is replacement powerhead for Honeywell's V8043G; and it is also 100% compatible to Honeywell part # 4000-3916-021 which is replacement powerhead for Honeywell's V8043A (simply not connecting red switch wires to anything or cut them off). However, the AD1S cannot be used to replace power-heads on Honeywell 3-way valves V8044E and V8044A.
