Directions - Floss daily, before you brush. Place a full brush length of Tooth Builder Toothpaste on a soft bristled, small headed manual or electric toothbrush.     I was skeptical if this would help reverse my daughters slight tooth decay however it has been working. Its not a quick fix but it has been helping. It has not only prevented any more decay but it has slowly been lightening the color of the decay and making it not look so prominent.

    Even though this toothpaste is very expensive ( in my opinion) I have noticed a big difference using this in combination with regular fluoride toothpaste. We also use coconut oil on her teeth where the decay is to help with the antibacterial properties.

    We have ordered this 2 times already and are on our 4th tube.
    I have noticed a big difference in her teeth by incorporating this toothpaste with her current tooth case routine.

    Both my 4.5 year old and my 2 year old really enjoy the taste of this toothpaste.

    I love this paste, I've tried loads to help remineralise my teeth, this one has stopped all sensitivity and areas which looked dark and decaying are lightening after a few weeks use. I brush with a soft toothbrush lightly til it foams for 2-3 minutes, then hold the foam in my mouth and spit out (no rinsing). And have started taking hylands homeopathics for minerals needed to strengthen teeth.

    It isn't a miracle cure, but is helping my teeth from decaying further after damage by bruxism and some decay
