I love chocolate, but as a diabetic it’s not a good idea. There’s some question about dark chocolate, but it needs to have less than ideal additives for me to find it palatable. These cacao nibs actually satisfy my craving! I first tried a smallish teaspoon on my morning yogurt and was absolutely delighted! Serving size is listed at 3 tbsp, but the tiny amount on my palm was plenty. These cacao nibs will be a fine answer to my chocolate cravings!
