    I have been struggling with intermittent extreme, debilitating fatigue for a few years and affected my ability to work. My body felt heavy and it felt like my muscles weren’t properly contracting. I rarely have hot flashes so both my ND and MD didn’t consider perimenopause. I even tried IV vitamin and mineral infusions with very little difference. The fatigue became constant this summer and I was napping almost the whole day. I bought this out of desperation because we were going on vacation. It worked within a few hours! It has been two weeks and I haven’t napped during the day. I feel so much lighter and even decreased the bloating so that my clothes fit better. I really wish I tried this sooner.

    J'ecris rarement des commentaires, je vais prendre le temps de le faire car ça fonctionne. J'ai commencé à prendre ce produit sur les recommandations d'une amie et je dois vous dire que ça marche après exactement 1 mois que je le prends régulièrement 1 capsule le matin au réveil et un le soir au couché. J'avais des bouffés de chaleur spontanées plusieurs fois durant la journée terminée et cela après 1 journée que j'ai commencé à prendre Fem Adapt Fémino-Pause. Je pense aussi que je commence à retrouver l'équilibre hormonal car j'ai perdu 4.5kg durant cette période. J'avais beau manger santé et m'entraîner régulièrement, je prenais du poids au lieu d'en perdre. En 7 mois j'ai pris 15kg 😪 je commence à voir la lumière au bout du tunnel depuis j'ai recommandé a plusieurs de mes amies et collègues qui vie la même chose lol !!
