    Great stuff! Don’t wanna get sick? Take this stuff twice a day. Time released is the key. Zinc interrupts the replication if the Rhino virus which is the cold virus. If it can’t replicate it can’t spread. Gives your body a chance to build up a defense for that strain of cold virus. It’s helped me a s my girlfriend so much. I can’t stress this enough. Take it twice a day! It truly works.
