Taking too much vitamin D can cause non-specific symptoms such as diarrhea, constipation, headache, poor appetite, weight loss, nausea, vomiting and extreme fatigue. Excess vitamin D can also increase blood levels of calcium (hypercalcemia), potentially causing heartbeat irregularities and deposition of calcium and phosphate in the kidneys and soft tissues (i.e. muscles).

Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) 10 mcgper400 IU Also Contains: Dextrose, cellulose, citric acid, vegetable stearic acid, natural flavours (strawberry, raspberry, orange, cranberry), vegetable magnesium stearate, silica, natural colours (carmine, tomato powder, carrot root powder), sucralose, citrus bioflavonoids. NO salt (NaCl), gluten, lactose, artificial colours or flavours.

Directions

Children 2+ years: Take one to two chewable tablets daily.
