You spray it deep into your mouth to cover your throat and try to limit your swallowing for a bit so it can start taking effect. This is usually sold out but when it's not, it's worth ordering one or two but be careful to time it properly as they do expire. The price varies but usually it's at par or less than you would find in store, if you can find it.

    I have bought this throat spray multiple times now and it is the most effective spray I've ever used. It contains echinecea, which supports immune functions. It is very easy to use. You can feel it burn a bit when sprayed in throat and then it soothes. If used as prescribed, multiple times per day, it doesn't only help to relieve pain but it helps the healing as well. I like that this is a natural spray that doesn't contain artificial chemicals. I wish they had a version for kids. This one is only from 12 years and up. I absolutely recommend this product.
