Garlic Bulb Oil (500:1) extract (Allium sativum, bulb) 3mg equivalent to 1,500 mg raw herb Also Contains: Soybean oil, gelatin, glycerin. NO starch, gluten, lactose, artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.

Directions

Adults: Take 1 softgel 2 times daily. Store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children.

Great Product Its nice that they are tiny & Easy to swallow. I did however thought it was only 1 a day but directions say take 2 a day no biggie Garlic is soo good for you so I'm not complaining. I usually just roast whole cloves & eat them straight up since doung so In the last 4 yrs I've been sick with the flu maybe 2-3 times! I figured this would be a nice go to when I dont have time to roast up fresh cloves! Pkg showed up on time & in perfect condition

    I like garlic but it can be hard on the stomach and hard on the breath - I get all the benefits of garlic without either stomach or breath problems - these are gel caps so easy to swallow - I take 2 a day, one with breakfast and 1 with dinner - garlic in general is reputed to be helpful as a blood thinner and in reducing blood pressure - I can't attest to that but I do believe the evidence is sufficient enough to warrant a slight expense for the perceived health benefits.
