    I purchased the 12x12 grill (4 screw holes). It appears to be of good quality. Strong enough but still light-weight. There was no warp in it as I’ve seen in other grills. What is disappointing is the quality of the included screws. Terrible quality. Really soft metal that strips easily (both when using a screwdriver or nut driver. The heads are not even aligned with the screw itself. I will have to replace the screws as I fear that if I did get them tight I’d never be able to loosened them in the future if I needed to remove the grills. If you’re good with throwing the included screws away and using your own hardware, I recommend this product.

    Update: needed to remove screws to make an adjustment behind. Needed to use vice grips to undo the screws. Complete rubbish. Good grill but DON’T TRUST THEIR SCREWS.

    I am happy I purchased the EZ-FLO 12 x 12 Inch (Duct Opening) White Return Air Vent Cover for my home. I got two of them. Both arrived in perfect condition, although one was missing the little package of four screws. No problem for me, as I have lots of loose hardware like that laying around. I have a feeling the screws were not included by mistake when the product left the manufacturer and not lost during handling because of the manner in which the vent cover was wrapped.
