I tried using the scan code kept coming up error for their website then i called the toll free number on the box a guy answered said what do you want? I said is this Drive products? He hung up on me. I looked at the number i called and matches the box. I’m crippled If want to feel safe using a life line product. Not impressed with their lack of customer support. I want a product I feel safe using and not trapping me in the shower. I haven't used the product yet but I honestly am afraid to.

    Months later using due to injury ended up cracking my tub which I had only noticed months later because I had a slip mat which I went to throw in the wash and noticed the crack underneath .Of course leaking for how long who knows!

    Love this stool. Very sturdy without taking up too much room. I am very short, barely 5', and this stool adjusts even lower than I need it to. Nice clean look as well.
    The only criticism I would have is not for the product, but the instructional pamphlet. I will answer the questions I had, before figuring this out.
    The plastic ends on the cross bars do insert into the legs, do not remove them.
    The washers go on the screws only. The plastic flat one slips onto the bolt screw first, to protect the plastic nob, followed by the curved metal washer that follows the curve of the leg. No washer between the seat and the leg is required.
    I would definitely say that this is worth recommending to family and friends.

    This is my 2nd bath stool. The 1st one I had had the handles on the side and it was to awkward in my small shower stall. So the primary reason I bought this particular style was size. I have a vary narrow shower stall and I needed the chair to be narrower than me so I could move around.
    The box arrived in perfect condition. The item was placed in a brown box so none of my neighbors were aware of the content. It also arrived within the prime window of 2 days. I know it’s just a stool, but I appreciated the privacy of the brown box.
    The instructions were included and very detailed. The number of parts were not overwhelming and all the pieces were in brand new condition. It took me under 10 minutes to assemble.
    I then took it into the shower to wash down. I placed it in the shower and the rubber on the bottom seemed very secure, the stool did not move. I then turned the water on and moved the seat around to see if it moved with water, again very secure. I then sat down to test it while it was wet and had body weight, the stool felt very secure and didn’t move as I did.
    When I took my 1st shower, I felt the freedom that the chair with handles did not give me. My legs could move around more. The stool in my opinion has to be picked up to move or you need to push it. I personally take things slow because I want to be careful and I felt safe on the stool. I did not try any fast movements or use the stool in other way besides it’s purpose.
    I would recommend this stool for anyone with a small shower or feels the chair with handles is too bulky.
    It has a high weight limit so many people may fall under this requirement.
    I love this item, it’s easy to clean, reasonably priced and does what I need it to do.
