I ordered these because normal earplugs, or at least those I normally by (some 3M general earplug - the orange one in the photo) work great but hurt my ears when sleeping as they are too big for a side sleeper. I took a chance no these (the pink one in the photo) and while they probably will be of use for persons with very, very small ear canals, they were much too small for me. They inflated fully after compression but were so small they did not block out much more than 50% of the sound, so not great. As seen in the photo, they are much narrower and taper much more quickly. It is not really the fault of the earplug I guess, but be aware, unless you know you have really small ear canals, these are risky to purchase because (and as you would expect) you can't return them. I ended up ordering these (the brown ones in the photo): /gp/product/B0051U7W32/ which are larger than the pink ones but smaller than normal earplugs; they were great for a side sleeper.

    I've tried many brands, and these earplugs are some of the only ones that can fit comfortably in my small ears. They may not block out 100% of the noise, depending on your hearing, but at least they don't pop out in the middle of the night or hurt so much that you can't actually use them.

    I good without saying, but I have narrow ear canals. Even so, I really have to play with these to get them to seal correctly. Unfortunately, they hurt when fully expanded and I end up having to take them out halfway through the night. They seem to block out a decent amount of noise but nothing out of the ordinary.

    This ear plugs didn't work out for blocking noises at all,is it soft but the needs for blocking noises is not there at all,I don't understand why the design in the end have a hole,it seems like a paper in my ears that doing nothing. I want to return the item but is not applicable for return so since it didn't work I juts throw it in the garbage,like I just throwing my money. Don't put anything in the description for the item if it's not true at all!!!
