An integrated manual pump dispenses fluid by pressurizing the 1.2 gallon (5 liter) reservoir
Fluid is continually dispensed as long as there is pressure in the reservoir and freeing up the operator's hands; pumping is only required to build additional pressure
The pump tube is sealed to prevent exposure to chemicals and cleans easily between fluid changes
For convenience and speed, push-to-connect, quick-change style couplers are used to at both ends of the fluid dispensing hose
A thumb-operated tilt valve is conveniently located for manual pressure relief, and doubles as a safety valve to prevent over pressurization

Mityvac is a brand of vacuum-related automotive diagnostic and service repair tools since 1971. Beginning with the design and patent of a single hand-held vacuum pump intended for medical applications, its uses broadened to include automotive diagnostics and service as well as industrial and consumer applications.

The Mityvac MV6400 is designed and intended for use to dispense fluid. It utilizes a manual pressure pump to build pressure in the reservoir. The pressure forces fluid to dispense out of the reservoir through a fluid pickup tube. The output of the fluid pickup tube is connected to a quick-change coupler, to which a variety of accessories can be attached to control or direct the flow of fluid according to the intended application.

Mityvac offers the products and systems you need for any brake and clutch bleeding application, air induction cleaning and compression testing, cooling system evacuation or refill application, for fluid handling and diagnostic applications.

Q: How can this product be cleaned between uses?

A: Depending on the type of fluid and future intended use, you may store the remaining fluid from the reservoir. Otherwise empty the reservoir, clean it with denatured alcohol or a common household cleaner, and store it properly. Hoses can be flushed after fluid change to prevent cross contamination.

Q: How much pressure can this product build?

A: The MV6400 has a built-in pressure relief valve designed to open and maintain maximum pressure-sure between 17 and 23 psi (1.2 and 1.6 bar) and should not be used to generate greater than 25 psi.

Its convenient size and 5 inches long hose with dispensing wand and flow control valve make it ideal for accessing hard to reach reservoirs and fill plugs.
