    Not stainless steel as advertised. Also, the coating on the grill surface begins to flake off after a few cleanings. It is also not as sturdy as you would want. It wobbles a bit. and no, it is not because it was assembled incorrectly.
    Having said that, cooking on a griddle surface opens up so many more food options for you.
    There are many other brands now on the market, I would look at those first.

    It’s a fantastic tool for cooking but heavens help you if it’s broken. They have the worst warranty department I have ever experienced. My griddle came with a faulty starter for the burners (from new)and they still haven’t even bothered to respond and replace it. If I had wanted a broken griddle I would have spent half the money and bought used. Save yourself some headache and purchase any other brand.

This is a rock solid frame and cooking surface, once seasoned properly...brings an amazing flavor and plenty of room to allow for some creativity. Easy to fire up, easy to cook on and easy to clean! I keep ours on the back porch (roof overhang) and keep the cover on when not in use. Always handy!

I don't know exactly why, but everything taste better, burgers, grilled cheese, stir fry, eggs, etc,etc. Overall well made product, the griddle is very heavy and solid, the rest of it is a little thinner metal than I would of guessed, but it works and does a solid job.
