    Not stainless steel as advertised. Also, the coating on the grill surface begins to flake off after a few cleanings. It is also not as sturdy as you would want. It wobbles a bit. and no, it is not because it was assembled incorrectly.
    Having said that, cooking on a griddle surface opens up so many more food options for you.
    There are many other brands now on the market, I would look at those first.

    I purchased a 36 in black stone grill a few weeks back it is awesome. But there is one problem for the cost of them one would think that they could put sturdy legs under the grill the legs are a real piece of junk. If black stone could please come up with a retro fit to improve the strength of legs that would be great. If not i guess I will return my grill.

    I do not know why I waited so long to buy a blackstone, this thing is amazing. We are having fun experimenting on our cooking. I don't know exactly why, but everything taste better, burgers, grilled cheese, stir fry, eggs, etc,etc. Overall well made product, the griddle is very heavy and solid, the rest of it is a little thinner metal than I would of guessed, but it works and does a solid job.
