    This Vitamin C comes in 1,000 mg tablets but can be split into two for 500 mg, which is nice. I would recommend speaking to your doctor before starting any supplements, but of course this 500 mg is safe to intake according to Health Canada, but 1,000 is over the recommended daily intake. Therefore, it is nice that this product gives the option to split the pill easily.

    Overall, when I take this, I find that it helps my skin and getting over colds faster.
