Product description

Lobby Pro Dust Pan features a thick wall section for added abrasion-resistance and durability. Durable, all-plastic pan and yoke reduce noise, resist corrosion and will not stain, discolor or absorb odors. Built-in metal handle coated with vinyl on the back of the pan lets you empty it without touching the pan bottom. Durable rear wheels offer wear-resistance. Counterweighted dustpan automatically flips to upright position when lifted to avoid spills. It is ideal for use in malls, restaurants and lobbies. Broom is sold separately.

It seemed decent quality, then I notice the cap on the handle was ripped when installed. Which was before I got it. There were three pieces in a loose bag inside a box so not sure if this is a return or just shoddy work.

    I'm giving this item a poor review simply because the bin part came in a HUGE box but the handle was missing. 鶹 seems to only want to return or refund items.....you cannot contact them directly via email or chat but guess what? They didn't put a return label into the box. I'm reading some of the other comments about the bin not lying completely flat to the floor. Mine seems to not be too bad. Thankfully my broom handle fits so I will use it. Very poor customer service.

    The dustpan is a nice size but it could be improved with a small strip of rubber or such for a better seal at the lip to keep from having the smallest bit of dirt just get swept under the lip of the dustpan. At the moment the lip of the dustpan is curved upward slightly and causes the smaller stuff just to slide under the dustpan otherwise I like the size and functionality. Otherwise it is as advertised.
