With the 2-piece Steak set from Zwilling from the Five Star series is the cutting of juicy steaks, because the sharp blades glide precisely and effortlessly through the meat. The Friodur blades maintain their stability thanks to a special ice hardening, which refines them qualitatively and makes them particularly sharp and corrosion-resistant. In addition, the Sigmaforge knives are made from the special steel of the Zwilling special melt? One piece This makes the steel extremely stable, but at the same time remains flexible for fine work on the meat. The shapely seamless and seamless plastic handle of both knives of the 2-piece steak set sits securely in the hand and ensures that even longer cutting is no problem.     The Zwilling Five Star Plus knives closely resemble the original Five Star series, but they aren't exactly identical. They maintain the high quality I expected and are available at an excellent price.​
    It seems that the original Five Star series has been discontinued, leading to significantly higher prices for those models. Had the product description been more precise, I might have reconsidered the purchase; however, I have no regrets.​
    I currently own eight knives from the original series. Now, I'll have to think about purchasing an additional six to ensure uniformity across my collection. In Romania, a set of two knives is priced at approximately €73.​
    That's the reason I don't rate Five Star 2-Piece Steak Knife Set with five stars. :)
