    Good value for a good form of zinc. Not sure why they went with pumpkinseed oil, wasn't even aware pumpkinseed had oil, but hey it's something different. Not complaining. Just kinda random. Well tolerated with no side effects. Not much else to say.

    I do wish they came in a smaller size though considering you can't exactly split them. Not without getting pumpkin oil all over the place. And 30mg is kind of a large dose. I'd rather they made these 15mg each. It'd be alot easier to take 2 smaller softgels than to try and split one big one in half.
