The Zephair CPAP connector fits the AirMini perfectly and allows you to use the AirMini with ANY normal CPAP hose and mask. I found that when using it, the air noise produced by the AirMini is much less than the stock AirMini-branded masks and hose. The Zephair definitely makes using the AirMini much easier and allows you to utilize your own masks and save money by not having to purchase the AirMini masks.

I had bought another hose adapter earlier and was never happy with the results. It was always loose and frequently disconnected with little effort. This is the best of the best for this product. It is well made, makes a solid seal and stays connected even when the tubing is pulled in different directions.

This product does what it is intended to do. It allows you to connect regular tubing to a ResMed AirMini instead of the one that is specific to the AirMini. For that I give it 5 stars. However, I did take one star off, and this is probably no fault of this device but something to do with the AirMini itself. I have a full size ResMed CPAP at home, and absolutely love it. However, I get tired of traveling with it because I hate having to go get distilled water to put in the humidifier and it is a little bit big. So I got the AirMini. The AirMini seems like it amplifies the breathing sounds which makes it so I can't get to sleep easily. The problem seems to be in the connector where the mask mates with the hose. I read some reviews of other similar devices and they said the adapter eliminated the noise. Well, that is not how it worked for me. Although it didn't make the noise worse, it didn't make it any better. I am not sure what in the AirMini makes the breathing sounds so loud, but it is annoying and hard to get to sleep with.

The fact that you can use this to use a normal hose (which costs 1/3 the price of the AirMini hose) makes the purchase worth it. And I apologize for removing one star for something that isn't the fault of this adapter, but it is what it is.
