I have a small garage without heat, so I wanted something I could mount in there for when I need to work on something and it's cold out. This is perfect!

You can rig it up to mount on the wall, or you can strap it to a column, which is the easier option.

It runs in a normal power outlet, and you get 2 remotes with it. Comptroller is really simple and the remotes work really well.

This thing throws some serious heat, and it's very customizable, down to the angle you sit the unit at. You can also control the spread of heat as well, so if you want a more narrow band, you just adjust the settings. It heats up my garage in a pretty respectable time with the door closed. Just make sure to unplug it when you're done!

Highly recommend!

This is super nice! It's very portable in the sense that you can attach it to any sturdy post/pole. It heats up quickly, has a safety guard, and heats a huge area. Its a bit pricey, but it works so so well! Toss this in a gazebo and you have an outdoor spot you can vibe in during the winter! Great overall!

I’ve been using this infrared patio heater for a few weeks now and I’m impressed with how quickly it warms up the area. It heats objects directly instead of the air, so even on breezy evenings, it still keeps my outdoor space toasty. Setup was easy—just followed the manual and had it mounted in no time. I love that it can be mounted on a wall or used as a portable heater depending on what you need.

The build quality feels solid, and the safety features (like the tip-over shutoff and protective grill) give me extra peace of mind, especially with pets around. It’s also surprisingly energy-efficient—I’ve noticed barely any change in my electric bill.

My only small gripe is that I wish the power cord were a bit longer to give more flexibility in placement. But overall, this is a great heater that works well both outdoors and in enclosed patios.

This heater arrived well packed.

The unit is easy to mount; we mounted it on a railing on our patio. We have left it out in the rain without any problems. Now that we are in a Canadian winter we have removed the unit from the mount for winter storage; removal is quick, and we are able to leave the main mount undisturbed on the railing.

When functioning we found the heat distribution was very good and the unit heats up quickly.

Comparing this to an old propane heater the output was similar but this unit, being electric, is far safer, more economical to run, and you never run out of fuel.

Overall Verdict?

Good quality, good heat, I recommend this product.

As a heater, it's great. It emits heat almost instantly, and has a good amount of power and even looks pretty outstanding and durable. However, in terms of practicality, it's not really great, mostly because it has very limited placement abilities. By that, I mean that the length of the cord is restricting it to 6ft from a power outlet, as it does say not to use an extension cord. I'm personally not sure how I feel about that - as in, I am inclined to not believe why that would be an issue. There's other electronic devices we own that use 1500watts, and it's on a power bar and extension cord. Also, changing its mode/powering on is restricted to using the remote control which, as an outdoor heater, makes this even easier to misplace often. Having the ability to control it right on the heater would be so much more ideal. The mounting flexibility and orientation is really convenient, however.

Sometimes I have bbq dinner at the backyard and it becomes cold in the evening. When I come across this heater I think it is going to help and hence I ordered it. It is IP65 waterproof which is amazing for a heater. It is 1500 watt. I think it is best to use outdoor but you can use it indoor as well. But for indoor there are many other choices. This heater heats objects directly and not the air.

It comes with a box which is not too attractive. But when I open the box I can tell this heater is of good quality. It is of good size too, not too big nor small. Two remotes are provided but no battery is included. You need 2AA batteries for each remote. The first thing I do is to plug it in and turn it on. However, I can see smokes coming out right away and so I shut it off immediately. I find that there are three plastic cubes attached to the front of the heater. These cubes are for protection only and should be removed before use. I hope other users don’t make the same mistake as me. Fortunately no damage is done. After removing these cubes I turn on the heater again and I can feel the warmth right away, within 3 seconds. This is amazing. And you can set the temperature you want. It will turn off automatically once the temperature is reached. Also there is timer too. The temperature range is from 5C to 45C.

There are several installation methods. You can tie it on a post or attach it to a wall. I have a deck and so I intend to fix it on one of my posts. The user manual has good instruction how to install it. There is also a video on the web page showing you how to do it. But it mentions do not use extension cord and I don’t like this restriction. The power cord is only 5-6 feet and I only have 1 electric outlet on the outside wall of my house.

I can’t find any warranty info and so I assume there is no warranty. I view warranty very important for any electric product purchase. So even I am happy with the quality of this heater I need to deduct 1 star from it.

I got this to heat our tent and / or outdoor porch areas at the LARP I attend (it would work great for camping too in some circumstances).

At home I have a pergola outdoors that I need to heat in the fall and spring in order to make use of it. This works great for keeping that area warm. At larp events we have a large canvas tent with a bell shape and a central pole we can attach this to and keep the tent warm - we plug it in to my brother's generator. Make sure your generator has the voltage to handle this device with any other equipment you are using attached. There's also an event where we can attach this to the porch to heat the outdoor seating area but we found that it's hard to set up if all the players hang fabric decorations all over the porch creating a potential fire hazard.

Never leave this running unattended. That would be a super bad idea. It's got some safety features but you don't want to be responsible for a fire.

The only way to turn it on and off without unplugging it is with the remote so make sure it's easy to unplug or if a fire breaks out you won't be able to shut off the heat which is bad. You want to be able to do that.

The max heat output is pretty powerful but at some events they made us run it at lower temps to avoid fire hazard, and the range was somewhat limited if you aren't allowed to really blast it. Know your event / venue's fire safety rules.

This is really a nice little outdoor heater for small to medium sized spaces. It creates way more heat than you would think it would be able to being limited to 1500 W. It’s relatively easy to install and operates as expected. As these things go, it’s pretty discreet in terms of looks and can be placed flexibly depending on the needs of your space. The remote works well.

I installed this heater by myself and it was surprisingly quick and easy, though I will say it would’ve gone even smoother with an extra set of hands. The mounting hardware and instructions are straightforward, and it doesn’t require any special tools. Once it was up, I tested the remote and it worked beautifully right out of the box.

As for performance—wow, this thing heats up fast and gets seriously hot. You feel the warmth almost instantly, even if it’s breezy outside. It doesn’t just warm the air, it actually heats you and the furniture around you, which makes it perfect for outdoor use or drafty spaces.

One important note: make absolutely sure to remove the small plastic pieces that say “please remove” before you turn it on. I completely overlooked them during installation, and as soon as the heater fired up, they started melting and gave off a nasty smell. It was a bit of a mess, but after letting it cool off, I was able to peel most of the plastic off without damage.

All in all, this is a solid, well-built heater with great power, fast response, and excellent remote functionality. It's safe, energy efficient, and easy to use. Just don’t make the same mistake I did—double-check for those plastic bits before your first use.

We use this heater for temporary heat outside when freezing weather approaches. It is well built, looks sleek and stylish, while also being super easy to setup. We just strapped it to the poles that support our shade sails.

Read The Direction!! I thought - "it's a heater, how hard could it be?" Well I didn't take get ALL the plastic off before first use. I accidently left a piece on and spent the next 30 minutes after it cooled down, cleaning it. If I had read the directions I would have realized that piece needs to be removed before first use. It's clearly called out in the manual.

Great little heater, THROWS some serious heat out front while the rear remained cool to the touch. SUPER easy to setup and take down with the straps.
