Directions

Directions: Babies and children 2 months and older, use up to three times daily, or as directed by a doctor. Gently massage on the chest, neck, back or bottom of the feet. Do not use on babies under 2 months of age. Keep jar lid closed tightly when not in use and store in a cool place.

It is gentle and I’m not sure how much it really helped but it was far cheapest than baby Vicks, which ultimately probably wouldn’t do much either because neither have the menthol smell.
