This is a very nice, slim cradle for PS5 controllers. The light show is easy to navigate and while it's very pretty I personally prefer to have it off.

In my video my green controller is in need of charging and the white one isn't--you can see how the red light comes on and stays on for the green controller along with the yellow light pulsing effect on the controller itself to show it's charging while on the white controller (which was already fully charged) it turns red just long enough to figure out it's charged and then turns off. It also automatically stops charging once a controller is full, not sure if that's more a feature of the controllers than the cradle but still, very handy so a battery doesn't get overcharged and damage the already pitiful battery life of these things.

That said! The only thing this cradle lacks is stability. It's small footprint makes it easy to put just about anywhere but there's very little support for the controllers when they're resting in it. I've seen some other cradles that hold the controllers a little more snugly or have somewhere that the grips rest in for stability. These just have a little peg for alignment and that's about it, I've noticed that if I'm not careful to angle them right they don't charge fully properly so it'd be nice if they slotted in a little more firmly. This is such a minor complaint, though, that I'm not docking a star for it because it definitely feels like a thing you can get elsewhere and if you specifically want something with a really low profile (lights aside) then this absolutely works.

Great cradle! Very handy to be able to just plop my controllers on!

This charging station charges PS5 controllers quickly and holds them securely in place (not as secure as the original one, but it's good enough). The RGB lights add a nice visual effect with several color options. The base is stable, and the controllers connect easily when docked. It worked as expected with my DualSense controllers.

My son and I use our controllers on a daily basis so we have to recharge them quite frequently. The process of recharging each controller can be quite cumbersome because we have to find a cable for each one and also have to leave them laying around until they are charged. When we are done playing, we also have to find a place to lay them down which doesn't always look neat and tidy and can sometimes lead to the start of the "have you seen my controller?" side quest.

Now that we have this base, our controllers are always in the same place, and best of all, they are always charged. The base looks very stylish and has quite a few lighting modes to match your vibe. The lights are quite bright and you can turn them off if you'd like.

The charging indicators are very helpful as they let you know when your controllers are charging and when they are done. The base also stops charging the controller once it reaches 80% to prevent overcharging and to help prolong battery life. It's important to note that whilst the base offers fast charging, you'll need a fast charging adapter as no adapter is included. I assume that this decision was made to keep the price low which I don't mind as I have a lot of USB adapters laying around.

If you plan on placing the base on a smooth surface, the base has non-slip strips which help to keep it from sliding around.

Overall, I am very happy with this product. My only minor complaint is that you need to get used to lining up the charge port on the controller to make sure that it starts charging. This has more to do with the design of the port on the controller but it would have been nice if it was a bit easier.

I recently got this PlayStation 5 controller remote for my husband and he absolutely loves it.
I bought him a different charging dock (from another brand) for Christmas this past December and it was very finicky. He had to keep unplugging it after putting the controllers on it, inorder to get them charging. (Last 2 photos show the previous dock) So I decided to give this one a try and it works like a charm! It's a bonus that it charges two remotes, instead of just one.

He really likes that he gets to see how charged the controllers are with the little controller icons on the front. They light up green when the controller is completely charged, or they'll be yellow or red when they're dead and still charging. (Video)

I like that, you can choose what color the LED strip light is on the side by easily pressing a button. (Video) You can even have it turned off or changing multicolors, as it charges. I think that's a really cool aesthetic feature.

I also like the size. At first I was a little taken aback when I realized how small it was. But after putting the controllers on it, I actually prefer it. It is smaller, then my previous purchased device even though this new one charges two controllers instead of one. (Photo included)
Overall, I'm very happy with this charging dock and would 100% recommend it. I'll be purchasing another one this Christmas for a family member.

small and compact, taking little space footprint to charge 2 controllers
matches the style of the PS5 perfectly. The indicator lights for charging work great - bright, but not overwhelmingly distracting
The LED patterns are a welcome touch, and has many modes to choose or cycle colours at various speeds and patterns, which I actually enjoy so I leave them on all the time.

Once you learn what angle you have to place the controller, it's super easy to dock it it to charge. An essential accessory for your PS5!

Die Ladestation wurde nach dem Auspacken direkt in Betrieb genommen und über mehrere Tage im Alltag getestet. Der Lieferumfang ist übersichtlich: Die Dockingstation selbst, ein USB-C-Kabel sowie eine kurze Anleitung. Ein Netzteil liegt nicht bei, was aber kein echtes Problem darstellt, da die Station problemlos über die PS5 selbst oder ein handelsübliches USB-Netzteil betrieben werden kann.

Die Verarbeitung macht einen soliden Eindruck. Das Kunststoffgehäuse ist sauber verarbeitet, nichts klappert, und die Controller sitzen stabil in den Ladeschächten. Die DualSense-Controller lassen sich ohne Gefummel aufsetzen – sie rasten sauber ein und der Ladevorgang startet zuverlässig. Auch der DualSense Edge wird erkannt und geladen, was nicht bei allen Drittanbieter-Stationen selbstverständlich ist.

Im Alltag überzeugt vor allem die einfache Handhabung. Die Controller sind jederzeit griffbereit, laden automatisch und müssen nicht mehr einzeln per Kabel angeschlossen werden. Die Ladezeit liegt realistisch im Bereich von etwa 2 bis 3 Stunden für zwei Controller gleichzeitig, was absolut im Rahmen liegt. Während des Ladevorgangs bleibt alles kühl, Überhitzung oder instabile Ladezustände konnten im Test nicht festgestellt werden.

Ein optisches Extra ist die integrierte RGB-Beleuchtung. Diese sorgt für eine dezente, moderne Gaming-Optik und macht sich besonders gut neben oder vor der Konsole. Wer es schlichter mag, hätte hier zwar gern eine Abschaltmöglichkeit, die Beleuchtung ist jedoch nicht übertrieben hell und stört im Betrieb nicht.

Kritisch anzumerken ist lediglich, dass kein Netzadapter beiliegt und die RGB-Beleuchtung funktional keinen Mehrwert bietet. Außerdem besteht das Gehäuse vollständig aus Kunststoff, was zwar dem Preis entspricht, aber kein Premium-Gefühl vermittelt. Funktional gibt es jedoch wenig Anlass zur Kritik.

Insgesamt handelt es sich um eine zuverlässige, optisch ansprechende Ladestation, die genau das tut, was sie soll. Für den aufgerufenen Preis bekommt man eine praktische Lösung für Ordnung, Komfort und gleichzeitiges Laden von zwei PS5-Controllern.

Als erstes muss man sich im klaren sein das nur das Dock geliefert wird. ein passendes, ausreichend starkes, Netzteil muss man separat beziehen. Leider musste ich feststellen dass das hintere Ladedock nicht sauber funktioniert. Sobald ich den Controller dort auflege fängt er an für 1-2 Sekunden zu laden, danach unterbricht das Gerät kurz und startet den Ladevorgang von neuem.

Dies führt dazu das, selbst nach 2 Tagen, der Controller nicht vollständig geladen ist. Zudem kann ich mir nicht vorstellen das dieses Verhalten dem Akku sehr zuträglich ist.
Docke ich den Controller in das vordere Dock lädt dieser ohne Probleme durch.
