The Fish Roaster makes it easy to roast fish and other foods such as chops, chicken and steak. Top and bottom heating elements ensure even cooking without flipping foods, and the platinum catalytic filter on the lid reduces smoke and odor components.

Platinum Catalytic Filter
The filter works similarly to a car's catalytic converter. Platinum is a very efficient catalyst in chemical reactions. By infusing platinum particles in the filter, it allows the filter to chemically decompose odor components into carbon dioxide and water more efficiently. Smoke is also chemically decomposed in a similar way. A catalytic filter itself does not change or easily deteriorate, and does not have to be replaced, as opposed to other filters.
Heat Reflectors
Two reflectors are located behind the top and bottom heaters. The bottom reflector, called the floating reflector, floats atop a shallow pool of water. The water helps to keep the temperature of the reflector down in order to reduce smoke from oil or food particles that may fall onto it and become burnt-on.
